Poly Systems Pty Ltd, with technical support from medical specialists, is developing a family of surgical power tools representing the next generation of precision high-speed surgical tools with applications in orthopaedics, neurosurgery, facio-maxillary surgery, plastic surgery, dentistry and other related surgical fields. Incorporating the HVL~CO® patented power technology, all PolySurgical® Tools are designed to be stand-alone units, requiring no connections to external power sources such as air cylinders. This allows use of our high speed PolySurgical® Tools for highly delicate surgery such as spinal surgery, cerebro-vascular surgery, complex brain tumours and plastic surgery with minimal risk of accidental collateral injury to patient or user.

The utilisation of HVL~CO® technology in PolySurgical® Tools permits the use of lightweight materials for its construction. The unique design of the highly efficient motor results in quiet and smooth operation with minimal heat generation.
